FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Isaac signed the papers today, he is officially starting F16 training here in San Antonio on September 8th! Yea, we are so excited and feel so blessed. It has been a long road..................

It will work out great because he will have a very laid back schedule for a while. Nichole can have the baby in July, start Madelyn in all day Kindergarten in August and set up a good home routine. Then daddy will be off to working again. He is so excited to finally fly F16's!!! It is going to be a little sad for the rest of us because we are used to having daddy home lots. But we
all have to sacrifice a little.

Nichole is for sure having a girl! We had another ultrasound~which was a lot longer than expected. Baby had both arms over her head so they could not get the head circumference. The technician was shaking my stomach, patting on me, had me use the bathroom, walk laps, etc. She would not move her arms! Then he went to see what the sex was and her arm was between her legs. lol! I could not help but laugh.

I think the technician was glad to see me go.................. :)

Part two of FHE

After the eggs, we made cupcakes and filled them will yummy raspberry filling. The girls got to frost their own cupcakes and add sprinkles. When mommy and daddy were cleaning up, they got a hold of the frosting and were eating Tablespoons of it at a time (we did not post any pictures of that)! lol

Brynlee did not like the cupcake, she just liked to decorate it and eat the frosting.

I would have to agree that the cream cheese frosting was really yummy............

Madelyn loved it all and did so good at decorating her "pupcake!"
Many have asked to see pictures of the baby. Well, here she is! About 15 more weeks to go! UGH!!!!

Family Home Evening

Tonight for Family Home Evening we did a lesson on Easter. There were 12 eggs and each had an item in it to represent what Easter means. To see, go to: http://timesandseasons.org/index.php/2006/03/an-easter-activity-for-family-home-evening/

Then we got to color eggs with SPARKLES!! The girls loved that...........!!

Coloring eggs all sorts of fun colors.

Check out their masterpiece!

And of course we had to take a bite and try the eggs........

Yummy!!!!

New News!

Well, we found out that Isaac has permission to start F16 training.....................FINALLY!!! We are SO excited!! It has been a LONG, ROUGH 9 months. But I am sure it was worth the waiting........
In one year he will have to go back and see the doc to make sure things are still good~I am sure they will be!
Were still waiting on AETC to decide WHEN and WHERE he will start his training. So I will keep everyone posted on that..............more news to come!

This past weekend we went camping, our first time since we have been married! It was a blast. Too bad we forgot the camera~I thought Isaac grabbed it and he thought I grabbed it. So much for good communication, were still working on that I guess!
The girls had a blast playing on the beach and digging up sea shells. It was too windy and cold to swim. But we got a long well with bubbles, slides, easter egg hunts, food, smores, etc. Next time we plan on staying a little longer and buying more camping equipment too! lol

My New Bike

Brynlee: "mommy, I go outside ride my new bike?"
Mommy: "sure, we need to teach you how to ride your new bike that Maddie gave you."
Brynlee: "Yea, Yea, Yea, Mommy!! I not fall, I BIG............you help me please?"

As mommy is helping her, showing her how to steer and push the pedals, Brynlee says, "mommy shhh......be quiet please~STOP talking."

I guess she's on her own......................................

My sweet little biker girl.

Pushing along.........

Our little trooper got tired and wheeled it back inside

More Updates

We left on January 25th to Utah. Nichole, Madelyn and Brynlee stayed at Nic's parents while Isaac went to Washington for 3 weeks to Land Survival~not exactly the time of his life! But, nonetheless it is done and was well accomplished!
Nic's brother got Married on March 7th so we stayed to see him get hitched! It was a great time to be with family and see the snow and mountains. The girls were thrilled!
Now were back in San Antonio.........today is the 3rd MRI appointment for Isaac. Yes, we are praying!!! Let's hope we have a plan to keep moving along........... press on!
