BOATING!!

Over the 4th of July weekend we went to the Stadium of Fire, unfortunately the camera was in my purse the entire time. It was a blast though......it reminded me of how much I love the USA!

Bob and Helene brought their jet ski so we decided to go out to the lake in Pine view. The Jarvis's met us up there and took us for a ride on their boat and went tubing. The girls were frightened at first, but that did not last long. They LOVED it! Now we really want to get a boat!

The girls on the tube, I was surprised Avery went. She kept waiving and saying hi to mommy~

The man showing his guns!

At first they were scared and wanted us to go really slow. Within minutes they kept on saying, "go faster!"

Brynlee turns 5!

My little "B Bear" turned five! We had a great day. She wanted her hair up like a princess with glitter while she opened her presents.

We opened presents, got ready and headed to IHop for breakfast, her favorites place to eat pancakes.
Brynlee LOVES to swim so the family and some friends went to the ROY swimming pool to spend the afternoon, it was luckily a really nice, warm day. We had a blast.
After getting home and rested, we went to Chili's for dinner. We don't know why she loves it there so much since it's always the same kinda "kid food," but were sure it's a place she remembers since that was the only restaurant we had in Del Rio......

I absolutely LOVE this little smile.........nothing makes a mama happier than seeing them SO happy!

Going swimming and strutting her new swimsuit cover-up!

Trying on new shoes for church.

I think this was candy.....mm!!

And like always, I didn't take many pictures throughout the day, kept forgetting. Sure wished I would of. I hope to be better from here on out...........

Temple Square

While Mary Kay was here we went to Heritage Park for a tour. It was really neat to learn about. When Brigham Young arrived in this area he came to this spot and looked around and said, "this is the place," and this is where they settled. It is an amazing town with original and replicated buildings of how the first LDS settlers lived.

The girls ran up to each house. Since it was Sunday they were not open but it was neat to look inside the windows.
This is at Temple Square

It was so beautiful with all the tulip's blooming and blossoms. The girls had a blast playing in the fountains making wishes.
Maddie and Tiffy
I LOVE how happy Avery is! Sweet little thing!
Josh, Cio and Tiffany were able to meet up with us at Temple Square. It was a fun day!
The SLC temple took 40 years to build. Made out of granite that was hauled, first by Oxen and eventually by railroad about 20 miles from a Quarry and split by hand with chisels! Amazing!

Hogle Zoo

Isaac's Aunt Mary Kay came to visit us from Washington! She is one of the coolest Aunts around! She is always happy, funny and very entertaining. We all have a blast hanging out with her. She was so sweet and brought the girls each an outfit and prize.

After we picked her up from the SLC airport, we went to the Hogle Zoo. She has never been to Utah so we wanted to show her around.

This was a new trainer, she was holding an owl.

I did not get as many pictures as I would of liked to, but we had a really fun day!

Family Party

It is crazy how time fly's so fast!I remember being pregnant with Maddie and couldn't wait for her to arrive. I went in her nursery every day and looked at the clothes, smelled that baby smell and would picture her sleeping in her crib.

Now she is SEVEN already! One more year until she is baptized. I LOVE this girl with all my heart. She has such a tender little heart and teaches me how to be a better person. I love it when Maddie giggles when she is being tickled; I love it when she wants to "snuggle;" I love it when she asks what she can do to help; and I really love how I can see what a strong spirit she has through her prayers and understanding of the gospel.

Maddie and daddy My cute little girls (Avery was sleeping) Maddie and Mommy My cute little Brynster bear. Look at those kissable cheeks!I love seeing them happy with each other! Brynlee took this picture of her Neena Most of the Pierce side of the family at Brick Oven for Madelyn's birthday lunch. They sang to her and brought a sucker and ice cream! Opening presents, this is a scripture bag she got from Neena and loves it!

Madelyn turns SEVEN!!

Madelyn turned seven this past week. She had a party with some of her good friends. We gave the girls each a pedicure and manicure, they also got their hair done up fancy with glitter.

She was so excited to get a toy! It's a really cute Unicorn!
Here is a back view of all the girls with their hair done. It was a fun day. They also had chocolate cupcakes and played musical chairs.

San Antonio

I have the BEST husband...........he took work off and flew me out to San Antonio to visit some of my close friends. I flew out Thursday morning and got back Sunday evening.

Amy picked me up and I stayed at her house, she also organized the entire weekend full of festivities.

On Saturday we went to get pedicures. It felt So good to have someone else take care of my feet and give me a good foot rub!

Then we had my favorite Mexican "Alamo Cafe." They have the BEST queso and chips in the world! I also love their chimichanga.

Sharon had a big party at her house. We stuffed ourselves sick with chocolate covered strawberries, peanut butter cupcakes, chips-n-dip, enchiladas, lasagna, etc. It was SO yummy! I know I gained 5 lbs just that night! ha! Holly and me, I am holding little Ian~6 weeks old We were also celebrating Amy's birthday
Thanks to Sharon for all the wonderful food and for hosting an amazing evening!
I truly miss all my friends in San Antonio. But I feel blessed that I was able to go back to visit.
